Catch up on July Fun :)

Trying to catch up a bit...... So Sorry about the gap in posts!  Anyway, for the past 2-3 years we have been able to participate in the 4th of July Parade back in W'burg with my parents.  This year we decided to make our entry a Christmas theme.   Papa dressed up as Santa,  Will was Rudolph, and the rest of us were elves!  We had so much fun and think we may expand further on our Christmas in July theme next year!

The kids enjoyed all the fun activities going on around the square. 

The cake walk is always a winner.

Kate will never pass on an opportunity to ride a horse.

And Will loved the cowboy hat accessory Nana bought for him.

The kids had a great time and it was a beautiful day!

On another note...... Will got his first official team swim suit to wear at his first swim meet this summer.  To say he was excited is an understatement!

The Zoo Membership got used quite a bit this summer!  Seeing the animals never gets old  for my kids. 

And they ALWAYS want me to take their picture EVERY TIME WE ARE THERE!!  I have multiple copies of the same pose, but their always excited to take another pic :)

And Finally,  we have been in our house for over 10 years now and some of the initial fixtures and small projects we did when we moved in are now needing replaced.  The kitchen light we put in 10 years ago finally bit the dust.  So Brett and Kate came to the rescue and replaced it so I didn't have to wear my headlamp to cook any longer :)
