Christmas 2015

Because we were in Arizona over Thanksgiving, we had to kick in full gear when we got home to get all our Xmas decorations up.  Each year it gets easier as Kate and Will are able to help more and more.

Kate was even able to stand up on a stool to decorate the top of the tree.

We were able to sneak in a quick visit to Santa to make sure he had the list right.

The Green Machine was on Will's list this year.  His legs aren't quite long enough to reach the pedals yet.  Hopefully he will be able to ride it soon!

Kate has been borrowing a neighbor's bike for a year now and really wanted her own bike for Xmas.  She fell in LOVE with this beauty and got a lot of accessories for it.   A wicker basket and a brass bell really make the bike look good.

The kids picked out a new tool to help in the garden for Brett.

After our own little Xmas at our house in Clive, we headed to Nana and Papa's for Xmas Eve.  Kate and Papa got the cookies, milk, carrots and water out for Santa and his reindeer.

Will loved his elf hat.

Nana had a map of the Phoenix Zoo framed for Will.  He was quite obsessed with the map and being out tour guide when we were there.  Now he will be able to look back at our visit whenever he wants to.

And Kate got the poster of 1 of her favorite movies to hang in her room.

We headed over to the Schaefer house on Saturday.  Jillian and Steph flew in from D.C. for the weekend.  AND Jillian announced that they are expecting their first baby in August!!!

Will got some more Lego's to play with.

And Kate got a swim jacket with her name on it to keep her warm when she gets out of the pool at her swim meets.

At the end of the evening we decided to put together a human pyramid :) Such a fun holiday!!
