| Once winter started transitioning into spring we were very eager to get out of the house for a few day trips. We headed down to Winterset for a soccer game and decided to stay for the day and check out the famous covered bridges. While we were there, we found this really cool castle. |

| And a really fun maze for the kids to get lost in. |

| It was so great to get outside and hike around the area. |

| And Will enjoyed a little dancing along the way:) |

| The next weekend we ventured over to Pella to see Grandma Van Zee and came across a really fun carnival at one of the local churches. |
 |
| The kids had a great time exploring different towns and finding new activities to do. |
